Today’s Prompt: Describe how curiosity has made a little more space in your life over this month.

Curiosity has definitely made me less judgmental this month. And I really love that feeling.

It has definitely given me more mental space and freed up my mind. And I have loved the quiet mornings and the space and time to think about how curiosity is part of the way that I experience the world.

It has also allowed me to look at areas of my life where I feel I am not living as intentionally as I would like and to examine my experience from a wholly non-judgmental view point. And that has been really useful and I’ve loved that experience and will definitely use the ‘curiosity tool’ going forward. Learning how to regard life and issues and experiences from a standpoint of curiosity rather than judgment has been really refreshing.

One aspect of my life that has been highlighted through this curiosity is where there are areas of it that are unsatisfactory or where I feel I need to course correct in order to live a life that is more authentic to me and to who I am and I would like to take this forward with my journaling and find that space, carve it out, to invite more creativity and the ‘space of being’ into my life by which I mean enjoying the experience of being rather than doing, taking the time to pause each day and just experience being alive.
