What type of journaler are you?

Thank you for taking part in our quiz.

Your results are mostly B

Your predominant intentions are: clarity, depth and high-value simplicity.

You are the executive rebalancer. You may be a high-achieving woman and see journaling as a grounding tool for clarity and calm without wasting time.

Your quiz results suggest you’re someone who holds a lot mentally, moves quickly between responsibilities, and often doesn’t get the chance to properly exhale. The Healing Journal was created for women like you: capable, busy, and time-poor, but ready for a gentler way to process life.

This is not about adding another demanding routine. It’s about giving you a simple framework that helps you feel more grounded in just a few minutes, so you can leave work behind, arrive home more fully present, and reconnect with yourself without needing hours of free time to readjust.

And just to be clear, this is a light-hearted quiz. You can choose to embody any or all of the three different journaling types we have created. However, from the answers you have given we can give you some helpful tips below as to how to improve your journaling consistency and get more enjoyment from this lovely practice.

How the Healing Journal Membership works

You do not need more journaling for journaling’s sake. You need a place to mentally unload, regain perspective, and reset your energy before the rest of your life asks for you.

That is why the Healing Journal uses the CLEAR method: Catch, Look, Examine, Align, Respond. It gives you structure without pressure, so you always know what to do, even on the busiest days.

The Balance Path inside the membership will give you specific journaling tips that don’t take a huge amount of time each week, but which will help you manage your work/life balance better.

The Healing Journal is designed as a weekly arc, not a daily pressure system. That means you can use it in a way that feels realistic: a short mental unload during the week, a deeper reset when you need it, and a calm structure that supports you instead of overwhelming you.

Each month, you’ll also receive a beautifully designed digital journalbook tailored to the month’s theme, filled with prompts, exercises, and reflections.
Alongside the journalbook are the monthly lessons. These are short video or audio lessons where I will guide you step-by-step through the journaling process. This helps you to self-coach to work through the journalbook.

By the end of each lesson session, you will have gained new insights, worked through your emotions, and made meaningful progress toward your goals, whether that’s realising how you can break free from limiting self beliefs and patterns, or enhanced mindfulness and presence in your life, or even the achievement of a specific goal.

Inside the Balance Path in the Healing Journal you’ll learn how to:

Reconnect with your values, needs, and sense of self

Clear the mental tabs that follow you from work to home.

Create a small transition ritual between your professional and personal life.

Feel calmer, clearer, and more emotionally spacious.

Use a simple reflective process that fits into 5 to 10 minutes.

What’s inside the Healing Journal

As well as helping you journal to create a better, more balanced and fulfilling life, each month we will work through:

Monthly Structured Journaling Themes

Each month we explore a new topic. Topic themes could be around mental strengthening and understanding: anxiety, self esteem, self confidence. Topics can also address personal goals: increasing your executive function, achieving specific goals. Topics can also study self love and affirmations. Finally, journaling should be fun! So there will always be room for seasonal journaling and journaling around creativity.

Live Class to explore each month’s theme

Each month the theme subject is developed through our live class together. We journal through the workbook and study different exercises.
After the live class the subject topic remains live for the rest of the month in the group to help you process the work you have done in the live class.

Workbook to guide you through each theme with prompts and exercises

The Healing Journal provides you with a workbook for each month’s theme. We work through the workbook on our live monthly session. After that the monthly theme remains live for the rest of the month so you have the chance to embed your learning and experience it first hand guided by the work you have completed in the workbook.
